I’ve written about Shred 10 in the past. We‘ve learned the secret though. The secret is to keep it up for 4 months straight.

- eat whole food and substitute Complete Shakes for two meals a day. Don’t forget to take your Complete capsules as well
- drink water
- exercise most days
- get 8 hours of sleep nightly
- gluten and diary
- processed foods
- artificial and refined sugars
- eating after 6 PM.
We had lots of help with a community, recipe book and guidelines.
